PARTS GUIDANCE FOR DUE WEST CUSTOMERS
Use part numbers to narrow the search
A number printed on a part can be a useful starting point, but it may identify a casting, housing, or subcomponent rather than the full assembly. Share the number exactly as shown and explain which piece you need. Include the vehicle information as a second reference so the yard is not relying on an isolated number without context.
Send the number with the vehicle details
- Copy letters, digits, and suffixes carefully.
- Explain whether the number is on the whole unit or a smaller piece.
- Include the model year, engine, and trim in the same enquiry.
For more detail, read our wheels, interior & more guide. You can also browse all used-parts categories or ask about a component that is not listed.
Can I submit an enquiry outside opening hours?
The online form is available outside yard hours. Responses and availability checks depend on the business’s working schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM. Sending a request does not reserve a part.
